Breathing in Circle is an opportunity to be seen and heard in a group setting.

Our Breathwork Circles are intentionally designed cycles of breathing, where we move through a cycle of Activation, Process & Integration. The journeys can be profoundly liberating on different levels.

You will learn to use the breath as a vehicle to travel through your body, mind and spirit.
Resulting in nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and true acceptance of yourself and others while embracing and releasing old patterns of tension.

No experience is required.
2 hours per Breathwork Journey.
+ 1 integration call afterwards if required.

Each session will offer the experience of:

  • A group breathwork journey

  • A live demo of the technique

  • A personal embodied practice of breathwork

  • Unique touch work to support the journey

  • An opportunity to share and ask questions
